C. (Bud) Austin Burrell
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Burrell is a corporate finance generalist with over 30 years of Wall Street and related experience. He was recently involved in Voice Over IP technologies, Wind Energy Development globally, consulting work on major infrastructure and Information Technology projects in China,
and litigation support work for several companies and their counsel connected to stock manipulation matters, including pro bono support given to United States Government Agencies on several international financial persons and organizations of interest.
Mr. Burrell has most recently been an advisor to a company specializing in share holder information services, and he has provided other support to parties specializing in sub-prime mortgage lending, real estate development, and more. Howard C. Krivan, Ph.D.
President, Chief Science Officer, Director of the Company
Dr. Krivan has an extensive background in managing government science and technology programs, and in developing biotechnology companies. He was the founder and an executive officer of a development-stage infectious diseases biotechnology company where he also played a major role in leading the company to an IPO. A former Staff Fellow at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Dr. Krivan holds 20 U.S. patents, numerous foreign counterpart patents, and many additional pending patent applications in such fields as anti-infective drugs, vaccines, and carbohydrate receptor and lectin technologies. He has authored many scientific papers and book chapters, and currently teaches bioterrorism and biosecurity courses in the graduate school at the University of Maryland. Trained as a microbiologist, Dr. Krivan received B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of New Mexico and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech. hkrivan@lectinlabs.com

Alvin P. Kramer
Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Director of the Company
Mr. Kramer is a native of the Carson City area and is currently the Carson City Treasurer, and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He began his first elected term as Treasurer in January of 1995. Prior to this position, he served as Deputy Treasurer for Operations for the State of Nevada. Before entering government service, he worked in various supervisory accounting and data processing positions and served as a U.S. Army officer. Richard C. Potter, Ph.D.
Dr. Potter has extensive experience in product and process development as well as new product commercialization activities in a wide range of fields. Most recently, Dr. Potter spent 13 years in charge of technology development and manufacturing operations for a company selling botanically-sourced ingredients for use in dietary supplement and personal care products. He spent 15 years with a major petrochemical company as a manager and researcher, and played a major role in the development of controlled-release products such as the No-Pest® Strip and Hartz® Flea Collar. Additionally, Dr. Potter has extensive experience in the development of women's health care products. He holds various patents. Trained as a chemical engineer, Dr. Potter received a B.S.E. from Princeton and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Yale.

Harvey Miller, Business Development
Harvey Miller is the former managing director of Azimuth Strategies and is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley. Harvey has over 25 years of marketing, advertising, and sales experience from varied organizations including 3M, Harrah’s Hotel and Casino and small emerging companies. Each organization presents a unique opportunity to differentiate its products and/or services offering, in a way that separates that company from its competitors. Harvey assists organizations in defining themselves through greater understanding of their offerings, their customers, and their competition. Strategic and tactical steps are mapped to allow for an organized approach in impacting the marketplace.

Wesley Kikuchi
Mr. Kikuchi has extensive experience in natural therapies, nutraceuticals and the direct sales industry for such products. He is a business consultant, educator, national speaker, researcher, entrepreneur, nutraceutical specialist, and consumer health advocate for natural health products. He was the host and producer of the radio and television show called "Wellness In Practice - Natural Therapies To Self-Healing" in Northern Nevada that ran for four years. Wesley Kikuchi founded Lifestyles Unlimited, LLC which is a business consulting firm for start-up companies that seek private investors to help with funding. He is also currently involved with marketing, sales and/or investment opportunities in other medical, biotechnology and diagnostic arenas. Recently, he has established a medical sales company called Rehaba, LLC that introduces new medical products to the market place. Mr. Kikuchi graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Ronald H. Chochinov, M.D.
Dr. Chochinov has been a medical practitioner in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine in California for more than 25 years. He conducts clinical research for leading pharmaceutical companies including Amgen, Aventis, Takeda and GlaxoSmithKline, and has published several scientific papers on various clinical conditions and research projects related to diabetes. Dr. Chochinov’s current clinical practice keeps him in touch with both basic scientific research and current clinical thought.

Nelson Hendler, M.D., M.S.
Nelson Hendler graduated from Princeton, cum laude, majoring in psychology in 1966. He also played varsity lacrosse at Princeton. He received an MD and a MS in neurophysiology from University of Maryland, in 1972 and 1974, and did his residency training in psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital from 1972 to 1975. Dr. Hendler was Assistant Director of the Pain Treatment Center of Johns Hopkins Hospital, and was Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine for over 30 years. He was clinical director of Mensana Clinic from 1978 to 2006. Under his direction, the clinic developed an international reputation, with 75% of the clinic patients coming from 47 states and 8 foreign countries. Mensana Clinic was listed in Business Week as one of the 8 best pain clinics in theUnited States, along with Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins Hospital and Cleveland Clinic. He has published three books, 33 medical textbook chapters, and 58 articles. He was past president of the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Association of America, and of the American Academy of Pain Management. He was made the first honorary member of the Israeli Pain Society, and, by invitation, has lectured in Saudi Arabia, Japan, Philippines, India, Argentina, Venezuela, Norway, and in over 50 medical schools and hospitals in the United States, including Cornell, Uni. of Chicago, Mayo Clinic, Uni. of Conn., New Jersey College of Medicine, University of Maryland, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has also serve on the board of two public companies, Columbia Bank, and LifeCo, a holding company which owned a life insurance company, and a brokerage firm.

Paul S. Cohen, Ph.D.
Molecular Microbiologist and Professor of Microbiology in the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Rhode Island, Kingston
Dr. Cohen received his A.B. from Brandeis University and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Boston University. Over the last 35 years his work has included investigating the mechanisms of transcriptional and translational control of enzyme synthesis in bacterial and viral infected cells, and the molecular basis of bacterial colonization and infection in established in vivo models. As such, he is an expert in experimental disease models and preclinical testing of anti-infective compounds. Dr. Cohen has served on the editorial boards of Infection and Immunity, European Journal of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, and Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy. In 1989, Dr. Cohen was the recipient of the University of Rhode Island Scholarly Achievement Award and served as a Wellcome Visiting Professor of the American Society of Microbiology at Virginia Tech. In 2002, Dr. Cohen was the recipient of the Research Scientist Excellence Award from the College of the Environment and Life Sciences at the University of Rhode Island. He is currently co-editing a book entitled, “Colonization of Mucosal Surfaces” to be published by the American Society of Microbiology in 2004 and is writing a chapter entitled, “Physical and Metabolic Interactions of E. coli in the Mucus Layer of the Mammalian Intestine” for the new edition of “Escherichia coli and Salmonella: Cellular and Molecular Biology.” Dr. Cohen’s current research programs include the development of anti-infective compounds to treat antibiotic resistant bacteria, the nutritional basis of E. coli colonization of the mouse intestine, and the genetic construction of oral bacterial vaccines.

John L. Pace, Ph.D.
Dr. Pace has more than 20 years experience in the infectious disease field. Following receipt of his doctoral degree from the University of Maryland and B.S. from Salisbury University, Dr. Pace worked at the School of Medicine SUNY-Stony Brook, as well as for Roche Laboratories and a number of biotech companies. He has represented his employers in meetings with extant and potential corporate partners, including major pharmaceutical companies, as well as with the FDA. He holds numerous patents and has discovered several vaccine and antibacterial clinical candidates. Additionally, Dr. Pace has authored numerous scientific papers. He has been responsible for recruiting, training, and leading research teams involved in screening potential antimicrobial candidates. He has dealt extensively with leading physicians throughout the U.S. and Europe and initiated interactions with clinical laboratories for contract susceptibility studies and, also, with vendors for the manufacture of susceptibility panels. He has been an invited speaker at conferences in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Dr. Pace has worked as a consultant providing advice on due-diligence for in-licensing small-molecule agents, and creation of intellectual property in the area of branded generics. Currently, he is Director of Development Microbiology at the biopharmaceutical company, Novexel; and, he is the co-inventor of the formulation for Theravances's Telavancin licensed to Astellas for more than US$250M plus royalties, and for which FDA approval was recently received for treatment of complicated skin and skin structure infections including those caused by MRSA.

Sean Devlin, D.O., M.D.(H)
Dr. Devlin is a board-certified family practice physician with an extensive background in clinical and biochemical research. He is experienced with lectin therapy and has utilized it for the treatment of skin cancer in his practice. He is currently the medical director and clinical investigator for the International Complementary Oncology Group in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Devlin is board-eligible in emergency medicine and provides physician services to the Nye Regional Medical Center in Nevada, as well as to Valley Emergency Physicians in Northern California. Subsequent to receiving his degree at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his internship and residency at the University of Nevada. Dr. Devlin is also a board-certified homeopathic physician. Earlier, he received an M.S. in biochemistry from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, after which he pursued additional graduate studies in pharmacology at the University of Tennessee. He is the recipient of various awards and honors and has authored several papers in the fields of pharmacology and biochemistry.
